Crescere is Latin for to grow.
We chose the name because the Latin carries something the English has lost. Crescere is a verb. Growth is not a thing you have. It is something a company does, deliberately, again and again.
Crescere Consulting is a growth and innovation consultancy in Lagos.
We build the strategy, systems, structure and culture that let ambitious companies grow beyond the people currently carrying them.
Our clients have real demand and have outgrown the way they are run. They come from very different industries and arrive at the same moment.
