How we work
Structure first. Tools second. Always in that order.
Most consulting stops at advice or starts at software. Advice without a build does not survive the first busy week. Software without a design just digitises the confusion.
There is a moment in every growing company when the thing that built it starts to limit it.
It arrives quietly. A leadership team that cannot take a week off. A team that is busy in every direction at once. Work that has to be explained again each time it is done, because it was never written down. Nobody calls it a crisis, because nothing is on fire. The business is simply heavier than it was, and getting heavier.
That moment is what we are for.

01
Diagnose
We do not arrive with a recommendation. We arrive with questions.
Everyone on the team tells us how the work actually happens, in their own words, without their manager reading over their shoulder. Then we sit with leadership separately and capture something different: where the company is intended to be in two years.
Present state and intended state. We need both. A system built only for how the company works today will be wrong the week it grows.

02
Design
Then we design on paper, before anything is built.
How work enters the business and how it leaves. Who owns what. Who decides what, and who only needs to be told. What happens weekly, what happens quarterly, and what has been happening constantly that should not.
Your team reviews it and argues with it while changes still cost nothing.

03
Choose
Only now do we choose tools.
This ordering matters more than anything else on this page. Choose software first and you inherit somebody else’s idea of how the business should work, then spend two years fighting it. Design the structure first and the tool becomes what it should always have been, a container.

04
Build
We build it with your people in the room.
Configuration, your real data, the documentation that goes with it. Ownership transfers while we work, not in a handover meeting at the end. By the time we finish, your team is not being introduced to the system. They have been using it for weeks.

05
Scale
Then we train, hand over, and stay close while it beds in.
We refine and correct what we built. When the business needs something genuinely new, we say so and scope it separately, rather than quietly extending an invoice.
What we ask of you
Access to your team. Decisions when we need them. One person inside the business who owns this with us.
Every timeline we give assumes those three things. When they are missing, work stalls, and we would rather say that at the beginning than explain it at the end.
