Who carries it?

Culture is what your team does when you are not in the room.

Not the perks, the posters or the values on the wall. Culture is the behaviour you tolerate, repeated until it becomes normal.

Culture and Leadership BEHAVIOUR

What you are facing

  • The team works hard and something underneath it is tense
  • Conflict is avoided, feedback is vague, and problems surface late and loudly
  • Departments have quietly stopped speaking to each other
  • Best performers were promoted into management and left to work out how to lead
  • Good people leave and the exit conversation never explains why

What we do

We find out what the culture actually is, through anonymous survey work and one to one conversations rather than a workshop where nobody says the real thing.

Then we translate your values into behaviours a manager can point at, and build the systems that carry them in daily life. How feedback is given. How work is recognised. What a manager is expected to do every week. What gets someone promoted, and what quietly should not.

What you walk away with

An honest picture of what your team says when it is safe to say it. Values expressed as actions rather than adjectives. A playbook for the weekly one to one, the feedback conversation and the difficult one. A recognition rhythm the team will keep. Progression criteria that mean something.

How it runs

Longer than the other services, because behaviour moves slowly. Diagnostic first, then cycles of intervention, embedding and review.

What this is not

Not a bonding day. Not a values workshop that produces four words and no change. If your managers behave the same way in ninety days, nothing happened.
