What we do
We do not arrive on the day with a template. We agree with leadership what the session must produce. We talk to the participants first, so we walk in already knowing where the tension sits. We design the room around the outcome, facilitate it, and capture everything.
Afterwards you get the written record and an action register with names and dates. Then we come back, because the failure mode of every offsite is a great two days and a silent month.
