Are we actually moving?
Everyone is busy. Is the company moving?
Systems and Structure decides how the work gets done. Performance and Execution decides whether it counts.
Performance and Execution MOMENTUM
What you are facing
- There is a number for the year. It was never broken down, so nobody knows their share of it
- Managers are busy but not managing. They are doing their old job with a new title
- Everyone has weekly tasks. Nobody has a weekly outcome
- By the time you learn a quarter went wrong, the quarter is over
What we do
We turn the company goal into an architecture. Objective, department, individual, each with an owner and a number.
Then we build the rhythm that keeps it alive: check ins, reviews with a shape, and a scorecard leadership can read in two minutes.
Then we coach your managers through the first full cycle. This is the part almost everyone skips, and it is why most goal frameworks are abandoned by the second quarter.
What you walk away with
Objectives cascaded and owned. A map connecting every team’s work to the company goal. A scorecard and a live view of progress. Accountability written down and adopted at the top. And managers who have run one complete cycle with support.
How it runs
Usually opens with a workshop to set the top level goals, then a cycle of coaching while the framework beds in. Often runs on Rople, so tracking is live rather than a spreadsheet someone has to remember to update.
What this is not
Not a KPI spreadsheet handed over and abandoned. Frameworks rarely fail because they are badly designed. They fail because nobody runs them.
