How does the work get done?
Software is not a system.
A system is not the tool you bought. It is the way the business sells and delivers, written down, owned by name, repeatable without any one person.
Systems and Structure STRUCTURE
What you are facing
- Everything routes through a few people. Progress stops the week they travel
- You have documented plenty. Nobody can find it, so nobody uses it
- New hires take months to become useful, because the knowledge lives in people’s heads
- There is an organogram, but it is a picture. Nobody owns anything in a way that means something
- You cannot see the work. You can only ask about it
What we do
We start with how the business actually runs rather than how it is supposed to. The whole team tells us. Then we sit with leadership separately to capture where the company should be in two years, so what we build serves the future business and not only the current one.
From there we map the work, design the governance that holds it, and build the workspace it lives in.
What you walk away with
A map of how work moves through the business. An ownership structure with names against functions. Clear decision rights. Procedures written for the person doing the job. An operating rhythm that runs weekly, monthly and quarterly. A live workspace with your real data in it. And a trained team.
How it runs
In phases, each one approved before the next begins, with payment following the same milestones so you are never paying ahead of delivery. After handover there is a support window for refining what we built.
What this is not
Not a folder of documents nobody opens. Not a software installation. The job is not done at handover. It is done when your team runs the business inside the system without asking us.
